If you working out hard meaning you really lifting that shyt and not that 2 sets bullshyt and doing real cardio that food selection I posted not gonna do much for you once you reach a certain weight line I said maybe I might be wrong but it’s keeping me at 200 pounds and around 13-15-% bodyfat. No I’m ripped as hell at 200 pounds,yes I’m an advanced weight lifter and do heavy cardio so maybe that’s saving me,but this isn’t bad eating
