:scust:West Virginia have some respect for yourselves. His policy changes probably affect them more then anybody.
You think any of those toothless, barefoot goat-fukers even know what the are signing into? You think they even know how to read? They will forever support Drumpf just because he's a hillbilly just like them.

That's about 90 electoral votes only counting the states with 50% and up so its likely he would win in 2020
huh?

there are 214 electoral votes in the states where his approval is in the 30s.

he's toast if the dem candidate can get a combination of 56 electoral votes in the states where he's in the low 40's. anyway he has a few more years to go, but if he has similar state by state approval ratings going into the 2020 election then he's fukked.

I mean this just illustrates his base... will always stick with him and the independents/Dem crossover voters have him on a much shorter leash.

Poll is based on less than 1 percent of the population, most likely landline holders (aka older/more conservative) since that's how they typically poll. 82k out of 300 million across the 50 states :snooze:

Dont you only need a sample size of about 2000 to get a good representation in polling data?

Hard to trust polling data after the last election :manny:
the overall polling data was fine (showed a small hillary victory and she had a small popular vote advantage. the problem is that we've been treating these national polls as if our elections are decided by popular vote. in a presidential election we need high quality polling in the swing states.

these numbers are absolutely terrible in my opinion... his highest approval rating is 59% in a deep red state..... these numbers look very lukewarm to me...

that said, it doesn't matter and he's hardly fukked.... there is a difference between approving of the president and voting for the president... cacs might not approve of him, but they certainly don't approve of democrats... they'd still vote for him rather than any alternative.... that doesn't mean his reelection is certain... but we need to shake our hillaryism and recognize defeating trump in 2020 is not going to be a cakewalk...

Why are southern states extremely conservative while being the poorest as well? Dont they hurt themselves by voting republican ? Since the republican party is known for cutting social benefits.
You would think they would love a socialist party/candidate to lend them a hand.
