Trump making it even harder for Black people to seek employment.These types of "trainings" not only run counter to the fundamental beliefs for which our
Nation has stood since its inception, but they also engender division and resentment within the
Federal workforce. We can be proud that as an employer, the Federal government has
employees of all races, ethnicities, and religions.
There really is no stopping us om being discriminated against in the workplace even more with this toxic racist rhetoric

Why is incremental change bad? Conservatives do incremental change then you look up in 20 years and realize voting rights are gone, they control the courts, and they've made it extremely hostile for you to get a federal job because there's no more workplace sensitivity about equality and inclusion
They never stop chipping away at things. Thats why you should chip away in the other direction and understand the significance of "minor" victories.
