In what factories? America doesn’t have the infrastructure to take on all manufacturing domestically. Somewhere in the supply chain you got to import pieces. It goes against the economic “guns or butter” theory which means we are going to have to make things inferior and at a higher cost to compensate for the lack of trade partners.

All of this is going to lead to more inflatation and companies kissing trumps ass for tariff breaks but not going down on prices.
