Trump imposes 25% tariffs on all products Americans buy from Canada, Mexico and EU. 10% on China || Can & Mex respond: 25% | China responds: 15%

I don't think you fully grasp how important Canada is to our country. There's a reason he only slapped 10 percent on energy from there lol

Canada is very vulnerable right now. Our PM is stepping down. We need an election. Our economy is in the dumps. Our dollar is tanking. We have major crime problems, our universities are shutting down departments. Lineups at foodbanks are at an all time high. We can't deal with prolonged tarriffs. Yes, they will hurt the US, but theyu will hurt Canada more. Trudeau is very unpopular.

Respect returning to the American name!

Yeah anyone who remembers how quickly we turned savage when toilet paper ran out. Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, all these countries would definitely outlast us in terms of economic discomfort.

They need to team up on tariffs.

And I'm baffled we all watched what happened in November and now suddenly think WE are gonna win this shyt?
:dead:

There could be grocery riots by the summer at this rate. Mexico will be fine. Canada has challenges but the rally-around-the-flag incentive is huge for them. What do we have? A bunch of people mad about price increases who will be even more mad when they can't afford a new iPhone, gas is higher, and vegetable prices double.

I don't support tariffs at all BUT if Trump had laid off immigration I could at least understand the attempt. But you can't be doing this while 20%+ of migrants aren't picking crops in California and immigrants aren't showing up to construction work sites. It's like pour gasoline on yourself before jumping over a fire pit.

Agreed. There's too many things happening at once. Trump may be digging himself in a hole that he can't get out of economically.
