Wonder if he feels the same way now or if he's decided to "evolve" on this issue.
I would like to see him wiggle outta this one. He already said it’s impeachable

Why bother. You'll just be disappointed in the end. 20, possibly 21 GOP (because Joe from West Virginia might vote to keep him) not voting to remove Trump. Trump has too much money that these Senators want for campaigns and his approval rating is still near record high with Republicans.Impeachment is done, brehs. We need to get this Removal wave going

Having a difference in opinion doesnt make me a contrarian. I personally believe he should be removed from office. However my analyzing of the current political situation causes me to deviate from my personal opinion to what I believe are more realistic opinions. Are you satisfied? I wouldn’t extend him too much credit breh. It’s not like he has a ton of integrity.I would like to see him wiggle outta this one. He already said it’s impeachable

That's a great result. If only 20 - 21 don't vote that means a bunch of them did.Why bother. He can still be convicted in the senate, you don’t need 2/3rds for that but say the Dems do when the senate and it’s not even close why would remaining republicans have any incentive at that point to protect trump? He would the sole reason the GOP lost both houses now ask yourself you don’t think there would be enough votes in the senate in 2021 to remove trump? Smarten up B.... Romney will be the leader of the GOP after 2020.
You'd absolutely need a 2/3rds Senate vote to actually remove him from office. So even if Dems do win the Senate it just means they would need like 15 Republicans instead of 20.
Even if the GOP lost both houses due to Trump, realistically they still wouldn't vote him out because they would have no incentive. If a Republican voted to remove Trump they would just upset their own voters (possibly leading to them getting primaried) and not gain any new voters since people who want Trump removed won't vote Republican anyway.
The moral of the story is to try and get your family and friends to vote next time because Congress ain't doing shyt
