It's funny but it's not funny. Trump is being disingenuous because its not like he is penalizing corporations that hire illegal immigrants and that is the true root of the problem. Hell even at the lower/middle management level Hispanics are going to be hired over African Americans, especially if they are proficient in English and Spanish.

Dude knows that African Americans aren't going to vote for him per se. But he is taking advantage of Black male malaise at the Democratic party and hoping to keep them home come 2020 and siphon more Hispanic votes because he's not going to get the same support from his base as he got in 2016 and he knows it.
