I will agree that I have not anticipated episodes of a show like this since BB, or when I was very deep into The Wire.

I also have NEVER researched a show like this. The depth of it all is extremely immersing, so that in and of itself is very fun to experience.

Yea, that's what I mean. There are so much theories out there to follow, and I think it was purposefully written into it to lead people astray on some of them. The man who wrote this is a novelist and this series (so far) plays just like a "visual" novel. A lot of depth in the writing.

man people are going overboard with the GOAT talk but it feels good to be excited about a new show again HBO has really blessed us. the last time i was this hyped was the first season of homeland, but have faith that the HBO brehs will maintain the highest level of quality

Charlie Lang told Rust and Marty that Ladeax said there was a group of people doing sacrifices in the woods. Even if that's bullshyt there's obviously multiple (at least 2 that we know of) people killing in the name of The King In Yellow. So sounds like a cult for me.
