In mostly all high profile cases like this they always are picky with what video they allow to be seen first, they probly do have other footage they aren't releasing yet for whatever reason

that video is being quoted like its gospel. you literally cant hear what that guy said. he could have said tax man but aftrer listening to it over and over im not buying it. im also calling on a man being shot and wrestling a gun outta somebody hands

A jury won't buy a tale of one gun changing hands between opps during a green room struggle. Did person X drop gun A and flee? Did person X hand gun A over to Troy Ave during the melee?

I can understand why so few photos of Tax in the crowd near the stage. (I am assuming that Tax Stone lacked the social currency to access the green room.)

Clubs discourage flash photography during performances. Lighting is often dim in night clubs, so a bright flash can be momentarily blinding.

Folks had been brawling for 5 minutes before the gunshots. They had quit taking pictures/vids and were hitting each other (or fleeing the fight).

When dressed up, women love any photo opp. But they run from men brawling.

Most guys aren't all about standing in dark, crowded rooms photographing each other. [exception: Johnny Football's entourage refuses to quit publicizing the photos they take of how him drinking at clubs and parties. He can't do anything sneaky because of Crew Run Tell Dat.]
