The law isn't flexible, in fact it's very rigid. The videos existence regardless of anything else captures a crime that the general public won't condone. His peers won't be from a Hip Hop round table and will most likely be disgusted by the images. Others may be charged once the facts present themselves but Troy Ave will see a hefty jail sentence.

The only thing I see being argued is the inability to receive a fair trial due to the uneccasary release of the club video to the general public.

That's what they want. If you really sit down and think about it, NYPD hates rap. Look at all of the unsolved cases from rappers that have gotten kilt. JMJ, Chinx, Stretch etc. Like at how hard they going at Bobby Shurmda. Look at how they locked up Wayne when they could have locked up anyone else on the bus for the gun. The list goes on and on. Hell, they have a division just for Hip Hop.

What kills me is these fans talking about talking to police. For what? In 2016 you still think that the police are the good guys? lol You're either naive/ignorant to the criminal justice system or you're an agent if you advocate talking to the police.
