This is the whole quote from that cop:

I take this to mean the gun they have as evidence is the "same gun" Troy had in the video. I don't think they mean they have Troy on cam with the gun prior to the shooting.

Yeah I've noticed a long time ago Tax is an interesting breed of guy.
