hip hop isnt a organized group like the Zulu nation nor is it a team sport with a governing body... Most of the people rapping now are fake street dudes or former real ones or literal real ones. I agree but there has to be a level of protection and Red light protocol established in order to make money on these types of events. Most rappers don't sell out huge venues so this is there blood line. I don't care what the circumstance may be you set it to the side to maintain the confidence of little teenage Joey who spent his whole Pizza Hut check on that ticket. They have to protect and also build the revenue streams and this is very counterproductive.

It's not a huge conspiracy. Something happened prior to the shooting and like the true goofball he is he shot himself (Troy Ave) in the leg ( because he probably had it in his waist band) and random other people and his man got shot somehow and no other gun was recovered..this is all we know.

A jury won't buy a tale of one gun changing hands between opps during a green room struggle. If Troy Ave's attorney argues that person X shot Banga with gun A before Troy Ave shot other folks with gun A, then the jury will wonder how gun A changed possession. Did person X drop gun A and flee? Did person X hand gun A over to Troy Ave during the melee?

They have the gun already, which I'm sure they will test for fingerprints. If only Troy's are there then it really looks bad. The law isn't flexible, in fact it's very rigid. The videos existence regardless of anything else captures a crime that the general public won't condone. His peers won't be from a Hip Hop round table and will most likely be disgusted by the images. Others may be charged once the facts present themselves but Troy Ave will see a hefty jail sentence.

The only thing I see being argued is the inability to receive a fair trial due to the uneccasary release of the club video to the general public.
