He deserve blame for that as a lot of those talents (that he's trying to push again) and booking decisions were part of the reason why they lost their momentum. It was more than just COVID that did that iterations of NXT in.

I actually like the new US Title although I liked the previous version better

I like the IC title. My only change would be that it had some color.
I don't mind the shape and look of the US Title I just wish the word "Champion" wasn't so big on it.
I was never a fan of that shield/flag looking version. It always felt too small.
