I look at it like how the younger generation used to look at 30/40 year old rappers as “old”.

Im talking about before this era. We never really saw many wrestlers going into their 40s still performing at a high level.

Sting could still go but he retired a couple of times previously because of the age bias and 40+ being “old” for wrestlers.

Same with Foley and all the times he came back.

Because their not so drugged up to not feel the pain from most injuries that now most current talent doesn’t ignore it to further those injuries
