I always thought it would've been smart to go back to each brand having a PPV every other month, with the big four being combo shows.
They could easily do AEW style "big" weekly shoes for the months in between to pop a rating. Should be easier to do that the gimmick PPVs are supposedly going away, since they won't need to figure out who gets what each year.
