Na but seriously... I disagree with the "action sequences are underwhelming" na fukk that..... they have some of the best action scene filmed and they are always epic in scale.

I'm actually watching Transformers: Age of Extinction currently airing on FX as I'm typing this and seeing again I'm fairly entertained right now.

Transformers are set to be a certain thing and I think it easily succeeds what its trying to be. I think anyone that expect it to be anything else than what its supposed to be is only disappointing themselves and thats on them.

With that said, I'm looking forward to this latest edition. I just wanna see Prime get off on his MURDER GAME shyt. I dont want a silly overly complex Martin Scorsese type movie. Its summer time and its a movie based of my childhood cartoon/comics...... give me action, adventure and fukkery.


When I wanna watch something deeper..... I'll watch Shutter Island or Fences

Much better than the last 1 but still way too long or I'm just losing interest in these Movies. 2 Hours and 30 Minutes?

It had it's usually Action & Comedy Moments, as expected.

The movie was dragging like crazy though, just waiting to get to that Climax like even during some of the Final Fights.

The tv-show literally represents the opposite of your argument because they gave the concept deeper meaning and took it more seriously. This dumb ass logic of yours is why you deserve all the trash blockbusters you get. Michael Bay keeps making the Batman & Robin of Transformers movies and you never stop to think that maybe with some dedication from the filmmakers you could be watching The Dark Knight of Transformers movies instead. Because you create substance where there is none to give it meaning. If nobody ever seeked substance where "there is none" 90% of modern entertainment wouldn't exist, you dumb fukk. Comic books would still be dumb tales for kids if people like Alan Moore, Grant Morrison, Neil Gaiman or Frank Miller sought to bring substance to it instead of being like "superheroes is just some silly dumb shyt for kids".
