movie was almost complete trash, it had good sound and cinematography, but as horror, it failed imo. only parts that were creepy were the rabbit and when the witch came out in the red cloak. daughter would've got the dikk though.
Saw it earlier tonight. People in the theater was heated. Some dude said he wanted his money back. I like it though, the cinematography was dope

Saw this again last night, it's a dope movie man.
I can definitely understand where some of the detractors are coming from, but as a whole I believe this is a pretty great film. I'm sure they could've added more scares in the film, but the few that were included were just executed at such a high level that I couldn't possibly complain about it.

I really love how we see the witch in the barn for the 'basic' jump that we all sort of see coming, only to have that quickly cutoff to the crow pecking at the mom. The lowbrow viewers get their cheap scare, but before they can enjoy it too much we're drawn back into the intensely graphic and disturbing imagery that makes this movie so good -- people were legit

I'm still thinking about this movie too breh. I may need to see it again even after telling myself I wouldn't because it's just not pleasant lol

I think it would be better if they didnt do that old english translation. That took me out of a couple scenes.....and i think they may be missing out on potential profits because of it

Just came in from watching this with my girl. The trailers looked crazy and the reviews I read were pretty good. Shyt has a critically acclaimed MC score...

People walked out in the middle of the movie and groans and bytching were heard when the movie ended. My girl said we were better off catching this on Netflix or some shyt.
This shyt ain't scary its more creepy/demonic. The plot is slow as shyt and the ending is ass. Them 1600s Puritan English accents had a nikka thinking he was reading Canterbury Tales. I don't know if it was my theater but the sound wasn't that good.
