There was no time to do anything on that play with the protection we had for it :heh:

pause it at 4 seconds.....Id argue that Ive seen Brock and even Jimmy make that pass
its right there...McDuffie blitzes and Aiyuk has a lot of space there

now ball couldve been batted down but you gotta let that thing go to BA

That's what makes me believe the window ain't even open :francis:

:russ: So then stop watching ??? Shanny ain't going anywhere. So this is what it is. I agree with you on the injury luck. We had much better luck this year than I thought we would.

But honestly... there's not a single team in the NFC that scares me. At all. Run it back.

Also, y'all looking at it wrong with Deebo. He's a great player but what makes him a great player is the contact. The contact means he's going to be injury prone and unhealthy at times.

The thing that makes Aiyuk great is that he's one of the best route runners in the league and he's obviously linked up with Purdy.

If it's me... I would think about keeping Aiyuk over Deebo if it came to that but we need both. Jennings has come a long ways too though.

I don’t see how anyone can have faith we’ll win the big one with Shanny at the helm because we’ll most likely run into Mahomes Reid and Spagz.

I think the most depressing thing is that Kyle doesnt learn from his own mistakes and doesnt admit his fukk ups

People are losing faith that something will change to win it all. This team will mostly be the same next year unless they hit on some draft pick superstar. It's the same guys running same concepts and coach playing with same philosophy.

All I know is that this is the last run with Kyle I'm gonna be this invested, I'm not doing this shyt again while he's our HC, which means at least the next 3-4 years. I'll watch every game as always and I'll try my best not say shyt when brehs start believing again.

You are right. He never takes his eyes from Jauan, who had to be his first read. He fukked up on the pre snap read.

I agree that Shanny has his issues but so did Andy Reid. I'd argue that Andy Reid is still the same coach he always was, very good coach but he has Michael Jordan at quarterback.

We don't have that luxury. We have Purdy who actually looked really good in high pressure situations. But to beat Kansas City, it's the same as the Patriots were. You have to play a perfect game.

Do I think Shanny was perfect? Hell no... I thought his playcalling was very suspect for a long stretch of the game. But the two biggest plays of the game were the muffed punt which Shanny can't do anything about and the block PAT which Shanny can't do anything about.

If y'all were around in the 90s, this is what it was like watching the Bulls. You can't let Michael Jordan hang around. We let Michael Jordan hang around.

Our best chance to win a Super Bowl with Shanny is probably having an AFC team upset Mahomes first... :mjlol:

That is his immediate comp for sure. But Reid had to leave Philly and after 5 years finally stumbled upon one of the GOAT QBs. None of that applies to Kyle with the Niners.

Again, if you wanna believe have at it breh. Just don't ask me to join the efforts :manny:

I had faith in that nikka and he was trash. He looked like he never played football in his life. He was fine in every other game he played in.
The football gods are still making us pay for Walsh, Montana, Young and doing Kaep dirty :mjcry:

Yeah the pressure got there too fast to scan the field, that would have had to be a pre-snap read but even then if a LB dropped into coverage that would be picked. He threw it to the hot read it looks like.

I'm not sure what you're asking or saying here though. Believe what? I'm mad as anyone that they couldn't finish the game... I want to see #6 hanging up in Levi's more than anyone...

But here's the deal with me. Shanny, while not perfect, is a good coach and we have a great roster. I feel like our floor is higher than a lot of other teams right now so as long as the Niners are in the mix, I'm good with it, I am tired of them not finishing the job but you know what's worse...?

I'll tell you what's worse than this....

Those are the real dark times.... These aren't dark times.... lol It was a decade of TRASH... they were one of the worst teams in the league for 9 years.

We've had this discussion like 3 times this season alone, no reason to go down the same path. All I'll say is that there more options than "contend with Kyle or go back to useless HCs" :manny:

And it's a moot argument anyway, Kyle ain't leaving before his current deal expires in like 4 more years.
