We did need CMC. Before he showed up last season, our run game was almost none existent and there was no 3 man rotation because there was always at least 1 RB injured. Plus, the third back has been a bust every time (Sermon, TDP) so we were in need of an injection on offense and CMC was the perfect solution.

Having him does not mean we should run him to the ground. Having him means there should be more options on offense and guys like Mitchell and Mason should be getting some looks or decoys plays. But our HC is content with using CMC to the fullest and whatever happens, happens. It's not McCaffrey's fault Kyle is a stubborn a$$hole.

And without CMC, we probably are 3-5 this season.

We more explosive with CMC…. But we starting to rely on him too much. It’s not like Kittles is washed or other guys can’t produce.

There is no reason why some guys can’t still get they numbers while everyone gets touches every week.

Breh we were 3-4 without him and looking like complete garbage on offense. As soon as CMC had real week of practice, Jimmy G played his best football since 2019 and later Brock looked even better than that.

You do realize that without him our starting RB would be Mason, with a TDP to back him up and Mitchell would be injured even more often than he is with CMC?

Look, we all agree we should go back to what worked the past 4 seasons on offense. But not having CMC is not the answer to that, we could look incredible WITH him AND a better gameplan on offense than what we've gotten most of this season.

Problem I see is, teams have been keying on the run. CMC has been staying back more in pass protection and that's what's gotten Kittle involved at least today. Defense been ass lately, we really gotta be active at the trade deadline or risk every QB having a career game against us. We're good enough to win against anybody but we can't walk in and expect to intimidate teams into a loss. This bye couldn't have come at a better time. Purdy is going to take his lumps but he's got to take care of the ball now. No more excuses after this week, we'll have everyone back along with hopefully some new additions.

See what I mean when I say CMC is the most important player on the offense? It aint Purdy. That MVP talk lookin

All these weapons on this team… that’s inexcusable and I have to blame Kyle on that.

A REAL coach would figure out how to spread that ball out to give defenses other things to worry about. (This is for my #TeamFireKyle brehs)

I get what you’re saying, but you’re telling me that we wouldn’t be shyt with out Mccaffrey, but two nfcc games and a Super Bowl appearance tells me otherwise. At one point it looked like you can plug anyone back there and they’d get plus yardage. It’s going to be really hard to convince me otherwise because we’ve literally have had success with out him. Yeah we can bring up the games before we got Mccaffrey but we were in qb limbo so to me it’s pointless to bring up. I don’t think anyone was thinking a star rb was our missing piece.

Reid,Ryan,Saleh, McDaniel, Carroll,Payton,Pederson. There are more but that's a great start

It ain't that. He's a fukking hack. All these coaches utilizes all there players that have potential. He should be letting the OC call plays. He doesn't adjust at all. Just run the same players in the ground and get them injured
