this has been my stance the entire time. The guy ran the boy into the wall on the 1st lap, then hit & killed him 2nd time around. Stewart watched every car bypass the kid before him & he STILL hit the boy. I don't care if it was intentional or not...its manslaughter at the very least and that is a charge. He killed that boy by being irresponsible with his car
