Pretty much. The OG video didn't prove anything about intent despite the first 40 pages of Coli nikkaz claiming otherwise. On a dimly lit track, at night at high speeds that is a dangerous place for anybody to be. RIP to the driver but he made a decision that cost him his life. I don't believe Stewart killed him based on the evidence we currently have.

I honestly don't think he did it on purpose. I'm not a race car driver, but I drive race car car and when something is suddenly put in front of you you're supposed to turn slightly downshift and gun it.

Due to the angle here in the video it looks bad, that's all. This kid should have never gotten out of his car let alone walked onto track. I don't know how many times I've seen drivers and safety crew hit and they aren't even on the actual track just the apron.

The kid should be sanctioned for walking on the track like that.

so it doesn't matter that the dude was dancing around in the middle of a track with dozens of giant cars riding around at a high speed? (they are still moving very fast even when under caution). did you not see the car that was directly in front of Stewart who almost hit the dude? he was literally inches away from getting hit by that car as well and then struck by Stewart's car immediately after. do some research on those type of cars and you'll find out that the moment you hit the throttle to turn or to try and avoid hitting something the back end of the vehicle immediately shifts to the right.

it's a fukked up situation regardless of how ANYONE spins it, but I think you can look at the tape and see that he didn't intentionally try and run over the dude. scare him? maybe. freak accident? likely.
