i was thinking about going entirely for the dark universe connection and this being the 1st chapter.
fukk that then.
i mean, i want a Universal Monsters universe, but at the same time, this shyt is tracking terribly, it sounds and looks kinda bad... these studios need to chill with the planned slate announcements before one movie even comes out. Power Rangers was announced as like 7 movies. Resident Evil reboot was announced as 6... neither will get a 2nd.

Marvel laid the blueprint but these other studios just wanna skip right to the payday without putting in the work. You do the solos first, you plant seeds for a crossover, you earn that good faith... THEN you mash it together in a satisfying way.
Now they're saying that Dracula, invisible man and phantom of the opera are all gonna appear in the same movie. These execs just doing everything they can to shove as many big name characters into a single movie hoping to have an avaengers style blowout. shyt is going to fail so hard.
Smh it wouldn't be you if you didn't tho lol. I still plan on seeing this but it's just because I want the rest of the movies after it if that makes any sense
