Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted
This is a weird sequel with cruise involved. I really don't care about this movie, looks like a red box in 3 months.
receiptsHonestly to be fair depending on the era in which they are focusining on, Egypt was ruled by the Ptolemys who were Greek. They descended from Ptolemy who was Alexander the Great right hand man. They ruled for centuries which is why a lot of ancient Eypgtian text was in 3 languages ( Greek, roman and Eypgtian).
But I digress. This reboot looks trash. I ain't with it.

and that's a disingenuous answer because then they can claim that with all the white washing of Egypt it was just done in an era when the Ptolemys ruled. I call bullshyt.
the time when the romans and greeks ran up in there is an eye blink in the totality of Egyptian history and the fact that this era is what's being focused on is very telling. the Ptolemys didn't even come to power until 323 BC so what about everything before that?
oh great, another Mummy movie where the Egyptians are anything but black
how do they keep getting away with it?
seriously?
in 2017?
I guess it's OK to ignore all that unearthed art work depicting people that were clearly black, with afros
cac alertyou realize that if they made all the mummy actors black, they would still be playing evil entities, which in turn would get people complaining about how they aren't hero characters...
we're in an age of the neverending cycle of bytching.
Heard this movie was on fire stick. Can anyone confirm?
cac alert
negged
ignored
The trailers are pretty bad. All that cgi too looks terrible. This looks like a flop
White Egyptions again huh?
