She was way more patient with him than most women would be.

I would’ve been divorced him.

:hubie:
Foh dude will have 20 year old ass lined up like a highway hurricane evacuation on day 1 his papers are filed

Only a 9 figure diva would bail on him

I will say he also fukked up by promising to retire and then going back on his word. That's a non-negotiable red line for 99.9% of us.
On the other hand TB was married to the game way before he married her. She knew that, and signed on for it.
A few years ago she said when they met in 2006, he told her that he would retire after 10 more years. So he not only kept playing after 10 years, but actually retired earlier this year then unretired.

Good on Tom.

Tom was 29 with 3 rings... lost 2 SBs... went a few years without any SB... Pats drafted his replacement and lowkey was ready to throw him in the bushes

Tom engineered the biggest 4th quarter SB in history vs Seahawks. Then the best single game comeback ever. Then a low score game vs Rams

Gisele was a nice woman but theirs no upside to publicly bashing your husband's desire to cement himself as the GOAT athlete, giving public fodder to speculate on their marriage is a deal breaker. Tom could've retired after New England but he bet on himself. On to the next. Brady already earned more money than he can spend in a lifetime but it's a plus not having to be sorely dependent on Gisele post retirement . That Fox $400 mil deal was the way out

TYRONE GA!
Some people in here have never had a true passion. You can't force yourself to unlove something you've worked your whole life into. He shouldn't have went back on his word to his family. But I truly can see both sides. Tom is at fault ultimately. If I were him, I never would've made such a promise.

If a man's word is no good, he no good.

Unless you are speaking from a financial hit..
Why woukd a top 1% man regret an easily replaced aging woman who will still be in his life because they share children?
Gmb happens when men start looking at marriage from this pov the stress the dead bedroom the drama not worth it can't replace peace of mind

He has lost his family though

He promised his wife and kids that he would retire and has chosen his ‘passion instead’ and go back on it

They don’t care about that. Lol He’s free to sleep with other women (assuming he’s been completely faithful over the last 13yrs).

Can’t believe he really left her to ‘follow his dreams’ and keep playing after she gave him an ultimatum to finally retire.

I think he will regret it in his later years.
Won't realise it until it's too late. His brain clearly can't process life outside of football.
