I know how to count calories dipshyt...not that hard to read labels. I can lose weight any time I have wanted to do so. Gluten is some new white people BS that is phony! Some people are allergic and they are white. Being Allergic to gluten is stomach pains and diarreha and that was people before this dumb trend.

I agree. Nothing worse than an athlete promoting fast food shyt but never actually eats the shyt and just collects the cheque.

Places like McDonald's really isn't that good but it's just the convenience of it, people to lazy to sort food out themselves.

McDonald's is the same calories of burger I pull out the freezer....lol. What's the dam difference where I get it from?

They should be honest. Athletes aren't eating like garbage, and kids who may look up to them should know that.

Food is not garbage...it's a blessing! You don't die off that mess unless you have gluttony. Calories is calories....if you getting protein, fat, & carbs you good. & vitamins & minerals extend ya life span.

Only people allergic (mainly white folks) get bloated...and I've know people with real gluten allergies & they get sick! Lol.

It's these Instagram food snobs talking crazy!


Black people are usually only sensitive to salt & can't eat as much as other races as blacks blood pressure will sky rocket.

You act like people are picking between eating chips all day & nothing else, lol. You gonna want protein at some point...imma need meat with those chips.

All I know is gained 15lb eating chipotle burritos twice a day when I got caught in the hype a few years ago & eating large high calorie salads at restaurants....ended up looking my most mis-shaped ever. All them nutrients ain't do a damn thing for me!!!!
Worse shape then when I was in college eating twice a day and getting the remainder of my calories from beer...and walking across campus 5days a week.

Then I paid attention to calories & lost it...and I know 8hr & Atkins are easy restrictors to maintain weights. I incorporated walking & running back then. And I take a daily vitamin. In weight loss mode calories have been calories cause no one eats candy all day!!!

Don't listen to these Instagram clowns where everyone is a nutritionist,model, body builder, & 5 star chef trying to one up each other every day.

Couldn't understanding the "clean eating" trend till I joined Instagram & finally got their motivation. It's just a way for people to brag behind a "healthy" disguise & to judge people.
