You act like people are picking between eating chips all day & nothing else, lol. You gonna want protein at some point...imma need meat with those chips.

All I know is gained 15lb eating chipotle burritos twice a day when I got caught in the hype a few years ago & eating large high calorie salads at restaurants....ended up looking my most mis-shaped ever. All them nutrients ain't do a damn thing for me!!!!
Worse shape then when I was in college eating twice a day and getting the remainder of my calories from beer...and walking across campus 5days a week.

Then I paid attention to calories & lost it...and I know 8hr & Atkins are easy restrictors to maintain weights. I incorporated walking & running back then. And I take a daily vitamin. In weight loss mode calories have been calories cause no one eats candy all day!!!


You weight is not the only thing to worry about, you gotta worry about your heart, kidneys, liver, and being disease free.

We probably eating more processed foods with all the additives and chemicals than we did 20 years ago. I'm not a food snob, but it is about saving both my health and money by avoid those high price high calorie foods.

Start saving money with buying clothes at target, Walmart & outlets. Not a shot at you, but people that talk saving money on food be the same ones with coach bags, designer jeans, & Jordan's.

20years ago we had the same cereals, soup, Kraft foods,& super sized fries, lol....I'm 29 it was more back then in the hamburger helper era!!! Kids just ain't playing sports or playing outside after school ...hell some don't even have recess and consistent PE.

What disease do you have that you can't eat gluten? People that can't eat gluten get physically ill.

And we invented vitamins, fortified bread, fortified cereal & V8 decades ago to get missed nutrients, lol.

If you got stomach fat (and more importantly around organs)...I don't care how clean anyone supposedly eats you still at risk for disease.

I go one further, I even buy $29 Android phones at Wal-Mart.

Food is expensive as hell, same reason stuff like potato chips and cereal was not selling in China.

Folks was like I could by a whole bag of potatoes for the same price that a bag of chips cost. Also, they can buy flour cheaper than a box of cereal and make dumplings for breakfast and use the same flour to make stuff for lunch and dinner too.

And I don't even care about gluten, I care about the additives and chemicals.

You gotta get the weight off! Multivitamins keep ya going to keep certain processes & health going & you can throw in some green veggies. Weight & body fat are the main issue killing people....now if you think certain things in food are killing people that's debatable & genetic. I feel like people fasting like an 8hr diet is good to stop your body from digesting food non stop to rest it & let it get rid of toxins.

Couldn't understanding the "clean eating" trend till I joined Instagram & finally got their motivation. It's just a way for people to brag behind a "healthy" disguise & to judge people.

And exercise & building muscle is important to keep body fat low. It's genetic where you store fat so the clean eater with stomach fat ain't too healthy.

I believe in good nutrition, but most of the people online that brag about their nutrition and diet do it for that reason. The same dudes that will denigrate someone for drinking Coke are the same people that will turn around and brag about hitting the bar. Their motives are so see through it's laughable.
