You act like people are picking between eating chips all day & nothing else, lol. You gonna want protein at some point...imma need meat with those chips.
All I know is gained 15lb eating chipotle burritos twice a day when I got caught in the hype a few years ago & eating large high calorie salads at restaurants....ended up looking my most mis-shaped ever. All them nutrients ain't do a damn thing for me!!!!
Worse shape then when I was in college eating twice a day and getting the remainder of my calories from beer...and walking across campus 5days a week.
Then I paid attention to calories & lost it...and I know 8hr & Atkins are easy restrictors to maintain weights. I incorporated walking & running back then. And I take a daily vitamin. In weight loss mode calories have been calories cause no one eats candy all day!!!
You weight is not the only thing to worry about, you gotta worry about your heart, kidneys, liver, and being disease free.
We probably eating more processed foods with all the additives and chemicals than we did 20 years ago. I'm not a food snob, but it is about saving both my health and money by avoid those high price high calorie foods.
