using these fit athletes to promote McDonald's and all these other products that are not healthy is disingenuous. These are people that take their nutrition really serious, yet they are promoting "food" with tons of chemicals and loaded with sugar to the public.

Calories in....calories out. Obvi you shouldn't get all ya calories from candy. People make stuff up & run with it on the Internet.

If I'm hungry I eat....give no Fuchs about food snobs! People are being snobs...period! Talking about McDonald's is worse than dog food...yet they still at the bar drinking with me and smoke tobacco from vuse vaporizers.

These companies got people brainwashed to the point where Brady speaking out against Coke is seen as controversial and the majority of these dudes are dissing Brady instead of addressing the message. I'm just looking at this thread like :dahell:

That's not controversial ... That is the norm speak for young folks that are food snobs & foodies because of Instagram. They show off through food, travel & mobile devices.....period.

And that's because student loans got them toooo broke to have homes & luxury cars, lol. Kids stunt under the guise of healthy to be better than the next man cause they can't ball!!!!

Who is making stuff up here? Coca-Cola is bad for you over time...this should not be a secret to anyone in 2015. McDonald's is definitely worse than the food I feed my dog. I don't drink and have never smoked anything in my life.

An extra small piece of chicken and a sweet potato will equal about the same amount of calories without the bs added like High Fructose Corn Syrup and other chemicals in a single 20oz bottle. Will also make you feel full longer than the empty 250 calories from a coca-cola bottle.

Calories are not just calories, that is probably one of the dumbest arguments I have ever read on here :snoop:

I've lost weight counting calories....I'm not stupid. What science class told you calories don't count?!?! I can measure my walking calories & food. Can't measure the calories in a sweet potatoe with accuracy. McDonald's burger is the same pink slime at the grocery store...it's simply a filler when beef prices are high. I know...you only eat steak! *yawn*

If you eat an extra 500cals per day you are gaining 1lb per week no matter what it is.

5mile walk: -500cals
24oz natural light, Popeyes breast, Popeyes wing, individual green bean, biscuit: 1124
2319 I still come up short!!!

How in the hell would I gain weight unless I age severely and metabolism slows? If I want to lose 1/2 lbs per week I could throw out the biscuit which is 260cals. It's simple science & thats an extreme with no variety. I still want to make my own breakfast cause I need my bacon & eggs & trix here and there. I have no problem adjusting walking or eating less calories at a meal.

Pretty sure I or anyone else that wants coke ain't hungry for more food. I'm pretty sure we talking about people becoming fat...how did you get onto teeth?

Anyways, Toothpaste has 12hr protection & you can use mouthwash as well. Coffee & orange juice does damage as well & people drink several cups. Personally, I drink beer & water...ain't been into soda since before college 10yrs ago.

Why are you replacing soda with meals? Obviously you will be missing nutrition & will feel like crap & hungry. Now if you talking extra food or couple sodas...doesn't matter as it depends on ya hunger. Everything is a trade-off.

I'm just not opposed to putting in miles or cutting down portions instead of aiming to be full. If you need to feel full then you need a lot of lean protein , green veggies, whole grains etc to keep the cals low....but I wouldn't call that better food unless I was a snob. I want what I want rather than being full & will put in miles.

500 extra is still 500 extra I need to burn off. I'm strictly talking weight & being in decent shape.

They should be honest. Athletes aren't eating like garbage, and kids who may look up to them should know that.

I agree. Nothing worse than an athlete promoting fast food shyt but never actually eats the shyt and just collects the cheque.

Places like McDonald's really isn't that good but it's just the convenience of it, people to lazy to sort food out themselves.

Just eat a gluten laced diet sun up to sundown then and see how healthy u are then. Fat black women eat like that so its safe to predict you have moobs if u eat like that
