cereal has gluten & alot of sugar in it. Best "cereal" to eat is to go to your local farmers/amish market and cop some organic granolas put it in a bowl with almond milk.

What the hell does gluten have to do with vitamin and calories? I'm not a white person....I don't have their gluten allergy. Calories in...calories out. Gluten ain't never been an issue in the past.
It's the BS Information Age. People thinking the internet make them nutritionists & sh!t. Calories in...calories out & you need certain vitamins & minerals. Not a damn thing has changed in 50yrs.
