i dont understand the ross criticism. im not a fan but you have to respect what hes doing. hes the only one keeping real rap alive in the mainstream and hes actually letting his artists shine in the mainstream as well.

lol @ tip having a better catalog than 50 cent. yall must not have been exposed to 50 until GRODT, which was more like his last hurrah, rather than his "debut".



what has he done exactly? he only released 2 albums of real worth. the latter being 6 years ago. he kills verses and drops hot songs here and there(including recently) but the bulk of his career is forgettable.

All thos mixtapes 50 dropped alooootta nikkas ain't give a fuk back then.....and aloootta nikkas don't care about those songs now...2 albums that are classic at least one undeniable in Trap Muzic....all solid albums outside of TI vs TIP and I think I hate that album more for the horrible embarrasing promo gimmick he wuz doin to push that album and No Mercy which wuz a rushed album...those are the only duds...this nikka T.I bought a different level of respect to the southern emcee that wuz missing for quite a while...nikkas gave luda his props but he truly wuz rodney dangerfield....he had a stretch of just murdering absolutly everything he featured on....his verses on 3 'ings,Round Here? flawless verses.....probaly the first southern mainstream artist to opitimize classic southern street nikka swag and put that on record...u had bigboi of course but Tip did it better and carried himself....dropped a classic movie which gave us Lauren London and one of the greatest songs in hiphop history(what u know about that)...turned around and gave us young dro who killed the game his first time out....u realize how many classic songs and verses this nikka TIP got?bought the title king of the south which wuz big...most of these south nikkas wuz on the humble shyt....TIP took pride in his rap skills,his place of birth, the fact that bein on top in the south would mean sumthin to him...wuz arrogant enuff to say it and back it up....had sum dumb nikkas tell me dmx is a legend but TIP ain't back on the old forum,went off on them nikkas...did I say enuff to remind u?
