I’m not hating. I just think its disingenuous to claim you went from:flabbynsick: to that in 5 years just from hard work.

I’m saying that as someone who’s been lifting 4 times a week over a decade. Brehs delts and arms are about the same size as mine despite lifting less weight than me, and lifting for a shorter period of time. That comes from gear.

-Gotta go 3 to 4 days a week
-Gotta be consistent. You can't stop
-Gotta get 7 to 8 hours sleep
Once again showing your ignorance when it comes to a topic you know nothing about. Unless you are competing at a pro level, if you're on PEDs, the only thing you really needto do is be consistent with your workouts.

Well roids/peds can fukk with your sleep so there is that lol

Also I'm tired of this "it takes effort" stuff to defend them.

Instead of being in an anabolic state for 24-48 hours peds can put you in an anabolic state for 7 days and you recover a hell of a lot quicker too. Ask lance Armstrong (he still has to peddle).

Personally I don't care if you do them as long as you are open about it and aren't competing against anyone.

You do realize people have different genetics right? Meaning you won't have the same results
