they wanna say basketball is the greatest sport in the world but limit HOF induction domestically and just in the NBA. Doesn't work.
The fact that some think Tim Hardaway's a HOF lock shows you that the standards aren't as high as one would think.

How many women/euros are in the baseball or football HOF?
To put them on the same footing as NBA players is ridiculous, especially those who played only in Europe.
euros dont play baseball....neither do women...and nobody but us and canadians play football....terrible examples...
but euros/women do play basketball

It's still just pro football. It's designed that way to not limit it.
The baseball hall of fame has a primary emphasis on MLB, BUT as we know, other leagues were played and honored.
Hockey honors what you do elsewhere as well as your NHL career.
The problem with basketball is that the only requirement needed is growing up watching that player.
The basketball HOF is a joke anyway. Drazen Petrovic, Drazen Dalipagic, Dino Meneghin, Kresimir Cosic, Sergei Belov are in the HOF...
But Sidney Moncrief and Spencer Haywood never made it

i have to judge it by the standards already established. and based on those standards, yes tim hardaway should be included.i wish they were more strict with who they let in...because then the argument about women and euros would be moot...only the best of the best would be in the HOF and no one would have an argument on why they shouldnt be in.
