u went a bit to far bruh

How?

Stephon Marbury has a 19 ppg and 8 apg career average in the NBA, is a 2x time All-Star, and 2 time All-NBA (3rd team) member......plus he's a career 24 ppg 6 apg, 5x All-Star (made allstar game every season in China), and has led his International team to 2 Championships as well in the last 3 seasons:manny:

His NBA + International career should get him inducted

Really fam? I hated Reggie has a player, but to say that KJ or Tim Hardaway are hof before Miller is kind of asinine.

I think Reggie is overrated in part due to his high profile performances against the Knicks and in part due to the dearth of talent at SG, but yeah I'm taking KJ and Timmy (purely as players) before him and not thinking twice about it. :manny: I definitely see the argument that Reggie had a greater "impact" on the game though.

i'm a huge tim hardaway fan. he was definitely a first ballot type of guy.

honest question tho....was tim hardaway a top 5 point guard in the 90s?

terrible player to use to try to make your argument.

no question- stockton, payton, tim hardaway, kevin johnson and mark price. you could argue penny too but with injuries and shaq leaving the magic, i cant do it.

:yeshrug: i would put joe dumars in the mix too.

i think stockton, payton, price, and kj are unmistakeably 1-4. number 5 you could make an argument for dumars, hardaway (penny or timmy), maybe even kidd and iverson depending (i say no to kidd because i consider him a 2000s point guard....i say no to AI cause i dont consider him a point guard)

i guess my point is he's not a consensus top 5 of his position during his playing time...but he's still a hall of fame guy...which is a reflection of the pro bball hall of fame.

Congrats to Zo and The Rock making the HOF.

Even with his health injuries, they still recognized Zo's career accomplishments in the NBA and internationally.

That now makes 5 HOF shooting guards from the 90's.

Jordan
Drexler
Dumars
Miller
Richmond

KJ and Timmy deserve to get in eventually. KJ > Timmy by a small margin.
