My son is getting autopilot manageable now so im back working on conditioning so i can deal with the intense cardio demands of competing in Brazillian Jiujitsu. I gotta get up to 100 burpees before i make my way down the mountain. I only have 3 days to go to the gym though so i just do
Jumprope, burpees, abs 1 day
deadlifts/clean press abs 2nd day
Squats,/legs abs 3rd day.\
And at home on non gym days i do 200 situps, 100 pushups and 32 pullups.
Its all a friend can do. I try to just go full body because i dont have a lot of time.
