Been saying this for years. Then the next one comes out and I'm like, aight, you the last one though. Dr Strange was the last one I gave in because of Raimi and it being different. I'll watch Thor4 only because Taika. But that's the last one though... what's coming up after that? Black Panther? Aight, that'll be the last one since I gotta know what they're doing about replacing Boseman.. What's after that? Guardians of the Galaxy 3? Aight, that's the last one since it's the last of the trilogy and been in the works for like 8 years... That's definitely the last one? Ant-Man3? Yuck, no way but then Kang supposed to be in it. Fine, that'll be the last one. Then no more. I mean it.

Sounds like there's an opportunity for someone to create a 12 step Marvel Anonymous Program. lol

Philly bouls, Trust the Process
I don't typically watch them in theaters anyway, I'm very happy with what they;re doing for the most part and I think this "phase", kinda like phase 1 is about finding yourself/themselves and gainng some footing, especially on the TV side of things. They haven't perfected the formula just yet in that aspect and even that's still exciting. The first batch of movies that all kicked this thing off were clunky and directionless at times, this is a new begining.

You're supposed to be detatched from the timeline.

This is why everybody was saying oooooo endgame was the perfect place to end it, because it had a nice little bow on it. People expecting THAT again are sorely mistaken. It's not a reset, reboot, it's an expansion...we literally have TV shows showing the "sacred timeline" being broken, that is a metaphor for the continuity that made the MCU experience what it is breaking down and expanding.

People complained so much about everything being the same, cookie cutter, this movie being an ad for the next, not really "cinema", super hero this and that....breaking up the timeline, traversing the multi-verse is all leading up to finding the footing to rectify those issues. Delving more into genre films instead of just being labeled "super hero" shyt and people don't know YET how to take the changes but you'll eiither get there or trail off, it's all good.

But understand that this detatchment is supposed to happen. You can't keep uppin the ante, you can't keep finding the next "Thanos" to build up to over and over again, you gotta have some ability to scale up, down, sideways, tell self contained stories while staying on brand, they're finding their way toward that.
I don’t need the ante to keep being upped, the stakes being too high was my problem with IW and Endgame. Also just because they want me to feel some type of way doesn’t mean they’re 1. Doing a good job of it, or 2. It was the feeling I was looking for, or 3. Was objectively a good decision in the first place

Some of these shows make the product feel watered down and cheap, and if it takes me out of the experience that’s ultimately a bad thing. The shows lesson my excitement for a lot of these movies, and that sucks

They have only announced this year and the first half of next year.
We got:
Thor Love and Thunder
Black Panther Wakanda Forever
The Marvels
Antman 3 Quantamania
GotG 3
And kinda sorta Fantastic 4

What other movies you talking about?

I mean let's be honest. The only "stars" that Marvel has that people love are Spiderman, Dr Strange, Thor, and possibly Guardians (I don't know how audiences perceive them after that trash Guardians 2 movie that's almost unwatchable).

Other than that, it's gonna be a toss-up on the other characters. Only new character that audiences MIGHT like so far is Shang-Chi but even then you don't hear nobody talking about him like that.

They can't afford to lose any of the characters i mentioned above. They better pay Hemsworth and Cumberbatch and Holland whatever they want.

I feel like the Mcu be having too many jokes and shyt, especially during the serious moments sometimes. Not saying it has to be dark like the Dceu but still.

Seems like you named a lot of stars. And they are going to try and make new ones. The Phase is just starting people need to relax. We like 5 movies into an announced 10 movie slate.

well outside of the 20+ movies they pumped out only maybe 5 are "ok".
