The problem is this. Gamers rage if anything changes.. in 2008 a iphone was $500 in 2021 a iphone is $1200. In 2008 PS3 was $600.. In 2021 PS5 is $400.. This is why you'll never see a huge upgrade because they have to use budget friendly parts to make consoles.
We're not even playing ps5 games right now. We're playing 100% full optimization PS4 games until the unreal 5 games drop..
All they have to do is drop consoles and let people pay over time like the phone companies do.. Gaming is cheap entertainment.. You can buy a game for $70 and play it for a year.. You can't even go to the movies 10x for that.

we paid 500 for the ps5. and alot of mfs bought off scalpers paying damn near iPhone prices. imagine how much a console would be scalped for if Suggested retail was 1200 ?

This scalper thing only happened because of Covid. The Ps3 and Ps4 never had big issues of being sold. And with monthly installments 99% of gamers wouldn't pay up front.
Don't want no PC. Console is plug and play. Less hackers. Can play sitting on couch or laying in bed. The Pro versions ain't nothing but upgraded parts.

PC is plug and play.. You just have more options than console..PC you can play on your tv with a controller too...
Hackers on pc aren't common.. They get banned quick.. You don't even know on console you're playing against aimbot because console aim assist is insane..
