Basically the game was cancelled when Kojima left, also the person who had to make the call to have it delisted speaks on it in this link.
Fiunally it says this was the first time sony had to delist and remove a title from further downloads.
The exact reason is never specified but Kojima is very hands on so I'm guessing he took his assests with hin.
And if he's not working on a silent hills game, maybe he can work on a differernt horror game since he's not with Konami anymore
OVERDOSE xbox cloud exclusive is Horror game, so its only logical to expect a similar experience
