Yea, but why craiglist? Most of those listings are spam
That's what I'm thinking. There are legit jobs on there (all of my roommates current job's are from craigslist) but most of it just seems like they're spam listings or scam listings.
I've worked so many scam jobs that I found through craigslist and the internet, it just seems like I have a bad attraction to them;
- The "selling speakers from an unmarked white van" job
- Cutco/Vector Industries
- Selling timeshares via phone while asking for CC information over the phone and working for commission
- Trying to work a security job and paying out the ass for useless certifications only to have the company I work for completely dissappear the next week.
- Having "art collectors" who are magically out of town send me checks and asking for a difference back...
- Being "scouted" by a pay for play live booking company that didn't bother to pay me for playing for an hour...
And the best jobs I've had never paid...being a radio DJ for WRCT and WPTS fm in Pittsburgh.
