Thanks for the advice but I'm really not trying to move down south, I don't want to move down south, I have no interest in moving down south, and I have no money to move down south.

I'm not even really trying to move out of NY until I get something established here and can put that work experience on a resume and apply somewhere else. I'm not trying to stay here all my life, I want to be out in a couple of years. I just moved here last year, I feel that I'd be giving up on myself if I just moved out because I didn't/couldn't find a job...especially when I already have.

i know that feeling..i was unemployed for 6 months before


now im stuck in a dead end job

Try Whole Foods in Brooklyn. They are hiring. They pay well and have good benefits. They have an department that you could eventually move into that you could use your skills in. In the meantime take anything. After I think you are made a permanent employee you can move to another department 30 days after that........I know it's retail, but it's a start.....Stay up/Stay strong....
