Yea this is a pointless discussion. You armchair psychologists kill me. If rational actions were the basis for a mental illness, mental illness would be an epidemic. What this dude has you can't treat: A fukked up upbringing and strong belief that there's no way out.

Mental illness is a huge issue and grossly underestimated in the black community. Irrational thoughts are a symptom of mental illness, cause their brain may lack certain functions. I've seen it first hand with my own family members.

He was angry. There is no mental illness - only a broken man who had, and now more than ever, has, nothing to live for.

He's not hoping for a death penalty because he'll "kill again", he's hoping for death because he wants a way out of the "hell" he's been living in for his entire life, according to him. No sympathy, though. He killed and would have done the same to anyone on this board, or any person you knew without a second thought. Shame.
