We already don't ban people, and to many cacs as it's nowWe need fresh content. Let people in! What’s the worse that can happen. Ban them

If people are worried about who is going to sign up, do some grassroots promotion to "the youth" of your choosing and convince them to sign up just to check it out. Fresh blood is definitely needed here because that brings fresh ideas. Even if people here hate young people, (and for those who hate women), isn't it better to know thy enemy?
If new people step out of line, they can be banned right away.
