Kobe took a lot bad shots :yeshrug: Thats no secret. I'd still want the ball in his hands with the game on the line as opposed to LBJ and I'm sure many would agree with me.

The same could be asked about Bron in 2011 Finals :yeshrug:Every great has bad games breh.
You do know that by every measurement LeBron outperforms Kobe late in games right? He scores more, shoots a much higher percentage, moves the ball, which creates open shots for the rest of the team, and as a result, his team's perform better in late game situations too right? There's no measurement where Kobe performs better than LeBron late in games.

So a killer instinct is frowning?

For a lot of people? Yes. A scowl and tough talk tends to be more convincing than...you know...actual performance. That's the reason you had folks on here talking about KD letting Russ down when they both clearly choked after the GSW series.

That's my brother in a nutshell. He won't put any blame on Russ at all for game 6. Insists that I think 2-3 missed shots are way worse than 4 turnovers in a 90 second span. Insists that the Warriors winning had nothing to do with them making shots or Russ fukking up, but 100% on Durant.

:skip::laugh:

How am I moving goal posts? Kobe has the killer instinct breh. No where in my posts am I arguing that he's the better player. Kobe's the better scorer so if the games on the line, I want the ball in Kobe's hands. Doesn't take away from LBJs greatness but he's not better at putting the ball in basket than Kobe. But its all good. We'll agree to disagree here.

Again, I'm not saying Kobe is the better player. For quarters 1-3, give me Bron. But if its a tight game in the waning seconds of the 4th qtr, give me Kobe.

Yeah. He has the third highest scoring average in league history, behind only Mike and Wilt. He scores 2 more points per game than Kobe on about 5% better efficiency from the field. That's a very large gap.

LBJ is not a better scorer than Kobe breh:comeon:
Kobe was a threat from anywhere on the court and even had the 2nd best post up game of any perimeter player not named MJ..
LBJ has never been a good shooter. If he's not getting the hole, he's pretty marginal offensively.

And Kobe didn't come into league with the freedom and keys to the franchise like LBJ did so the fact that he's only 2 points behind LBJ is a testament to his dominance.
