If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
I was in my feelings over the two weeks excuse with a hospital jr sys admin job, shyt was perfect, surrounded by beautiful women, nice office, 70k salary, easy commute, etc...

2 weeks turn into 8 weeks and auto-reject email....not even a direct response from the interviewers....

Go to linkedin and found a cac who worked 1 tech job w/no experience at Staples got the job over me...

Yeah, I would have been irate too. Probably would’ve put some dollars on his head. :mjpls:

"I will send these over to the hiring manager to see what they think"

"We are still narrowing down the number of candidates so give us a few days to get back to you"-->I've gotten an email an hour later

I'm thankfully employed but have been interviewing for a Customer Success Manager position. Some of the emails I get are same day "no-reply" others I have gotten all the way to the hiring manager interview stage. This is one that I can't seem to get placed though ...

You got hit em with the shyts early in the interview.

After the greetings,

“ look I appreciate the opportunity, but if I’m not in your top three candidates, we can keep this short. I have two other interviews today for a similar position”

I’ve done this twice. The first time they didn’t know what to say. I got a offer 3 days later. The second time the hiring manager who was listening in another room came out and met me at the elevator and asked me what my (number) was.

I knew I had leverage, because of my niche skill set.

nobody likes to waste time.

Better question... how many of y’all have gotten jobs from applying online and then interviews vs referrals. 95% of the jobs I’ve had have been from referrals.
