I had an interview that was scheduled for an hour, and ended at 5. It was a python coding challenge. I had no idea what I was doing, even with the help of ther person interviewing. He wound up staying past 5 as I struggled with the problem. I eventually got, but man, he took a deep breath and looked down at his desk (or something, it was virtual). I knew i wasnt getting that job
Another one was a different python coding round. There were 2 ways I could handle paging data coming from an API endpoint. I told them this, and they told me choose whichever one. I did. I finished the challenge and got the right answer, and then this nikka tells me "You should have used the total page size. I thought you said you had 4 years experience in python". I wanted to kick this bytch in his temple.
I'm much better in my python/sql coding challenge prep now, tho
