Sooo. Looks like the Vikes are taking a trip out west.
This was probably the most ideal matchup for us. Its not going to be a super high scoring game though, imo. The Vikings defense is tough as nails and they make relatively few mistakes.
Kirk Cousins is a game manager at heart but is a dangerous QB in the sense that be is laser accurate in short and mid passes. Plus we need to contain Dalvin Cook and Adam Theilen.
On offense we need to run the ball with Mostert at the head and Breida playing relief. I also like Jeff Wilson on 3rd down and goaline situations. Jimmy doesn't need to make huge passes but he has to continue to play clean football. He also can't be indecisive with it risk a sack. The Viking defense will punch the ball out if your hands if they can. Also someone has to step up aside from Deebo Kittle and Sanders.
On defense. Having Kwon back is huge he's a scud missle and a plus in coverage. Dee Ford will will also be a huge help but he needs to be on a snap limit. We cannot afford for him to get hurt. Sherman and Mosely should be the starters and have Witherspoon defend the slot. I know he has struggled the past few weeks but he is still a solid CB.
We do this and we should come away with a W.

Greenlaw has been a better tackler than Kwon this season, play Kwon on 3rd downs for coverage and play Ford on 3rd downs for pressure. Seems like Ford gets hurt every game that he plays since he’s been here, ease him back in

Don't get me wrong Greenlaw is a banger (nh) but Kwon was on pace for 80-95 tackles before he got hurt, yes he's a pass rusher at heart but he can bring guys down.
