Man, if Saleh doesn't get a HC gig he for sure got used as the token Rooney Rule guy this year because he interviewed for almost every vacancy

lets say Niners land him as a DC...he will be getting a HC job next year...thats why I feel we better off hiring someone else. provided kyles ass delegates control

Jacksonville is serious about him and the Raiders might be. But it's clear other organizations felt the Jets situation is not totally Salehs fault.

yeah, I was thinking about that. It's time we get someone that can stay the DC at least 3 seasons or something. Let him build without having to become a top HC candidate

Problem is because Kyle is an introvert he tends to gravitate towards vocal DCs like Saleh and DeMeco

I agree but Shad Khan likes him and he was their linebackers coach so there is some familiarity. He would have gotten promoted to DC there if we didn't make him DC here.
