I hate deadlift though, at least without the T-bar... useless ass exercise to me out side of maybe stifflegs for hamstrings

Benching is overrated breh.

Squats, deadlifts, dips, pullups, and overhead are all superior exercises.

How practical is it to be on flat surface pushing up.

supine decline and incline bench is the bench mark period.
only use flat for volume when needed.
all that other shyt is the supplement.
dips pullup and overhead are all rotator cuff damaging long term excercises and don't even need to ever be done or used unless you in jail.

I stopped at 225 for my chest as its already big and im not trying to get bigger. Doing more calisthenics to get better definition honestly.

This physique eight years old straight lifting.

I only had two skate injuries at forty years old. that stopped four months in eight years of lifting and I still went back to benching 340 all around with no strength loss from a bruised wrists.

I am injured from skating now, with a bruised wrist. Yet all I see is people making excuses outside of injury. I wish I would be healthy and sound like y'all. Never that.

In yo twenty and thirty's flabby and atrophy sick.

nikka how or why.


nikkaz could have never developed no real chest aesthetics how y'all talk.

Yeah bench is pretty cool I guess. Until you nail a picture perfect clean and jerk or snatch at their bench press weight. That of course entitles you to an extra dramatic bar slam and celebration after.
