Benching is overrated breh.
Squats, deadlifts, dips, pullups, and overhead are all superior exercises.
How practical is it to be on flat surface pushing up.

I stopped at 225 for my chest as its already big and im not trying to get bigger. Doing more calisthenics to get better definition honestly.

This physique eight years old straight lifting.
I only had two skate injuries at forty years old. that stopped four months in eight years of lifting and I still went back to benching 340 all around with no strength loss from a bruised wrists.
I am injured from skating now, with a bruised wrist. Yet all I see is people making excuses outside of injury. I wish I would be healthy and sound like y'all. Never that.
