You be on your 3rd set of 225 :lift: while he's bigger than you and struggling with his 1st set of 185
:wow:

You act concerned and offer to spot but in the back of your mind you're thinking how can a grown man be this weak.

bodybuilding and power lifting are 2 different things breh

Did you look where his hands were placed? If it was more inwards then he was workin his triceps which is much harder.

It could be a lot of reasons why he’s struggling fakkit..

Like coming down from a workout, recovering from injury, going to failure with “baby weight”, trying to get smaller changing his dieting, doing a keto, etc.

Pay attention to yourself and not how much the next man benching.

And you ain’t doing shyt unless you’re inclining anyway

Actually, I stopped benching at 225 and at 185.

There’s no point and I was getting to chest heavy imo.

Not I just do high reps at 135 for 4 sets... 20 regular, 20 close then switch to incline and do 15-20 regular and 15-20 close. Then I move on to machines, then do lowerbody since all my workouts are fullbody, low rest workouts.

I don’t need heavy lifting anymore
