The greatest gym feeling is doing some shyt nobody else in the gym can do whatsoever

And having hoes come up to u amazed
And dudes dumb enough to come up to u with their girl and ask how u do that, while his girl is in heat

Benching is overrated breh.

Squats, deadlifts, dips, pullups, and overhead are all superior exercises.

How practical is it to be on flat surface pushing up.

Maybe if you're cowgirl fukking a bbw like @Waterproof
I see women doing all the shyt you named except doing dips. Bench pressing is the alpha workout.

Mike Rashid got me doing some front deltoid raise/deadlift hybrid. Usually no momentum involved...

4 sets at 135 have me feeling/looking :noah:

I hate deadlift though, at least without the T-bar... useless ass exercise to me out side of maybe stifflegs for hamstrings

If you have good form, deadlifts ain't no thing. I just don't fukk with the gym because it's not convenient so I dont lift conventional as much any more.

But I'd still deadlift regularly if I had the means.

yeah it's never convenient and I prefer the T bar for proper form.

I actually tore my bicep deadlifting/shrugging 400+ as a youngin.. was like fukk that ever since

This is why I go to the gym late at night/ early morning to avoid eye wandering fakkits like the OP.

I was in the changing rooms a few months ago after a workout, and one fool asked if we could take a selfie together to compare physiques. :dame:

Now I’m not the violent type but I really wanted to smack the shyt out of him for even asking that.

How much you squatting and deadlifting breh.

If you cant even put up 4 plates on either platform, then your opinion is null and void.

I don't squat anymore, but my max was 460.
I never tried to deadlift more than 3 plates:yeshrug:
