Has anyone said:

Coli my therapy

?

Basically the therapy sessions I been in have been about venting.

Talking about how you feel and trying to get to the bottom of what is making you feel fukced up

Right?

Wether y'all know it or not, you Brehs are that for me. Fairly anonymous. Until I try to get niqqas to listen to my so called music. Able to say things I can't say IRL

Actually, I have seen this a few times on here, weather people like it or not.

Having a place to say how you feel while being anonymous is a great feeling.

I'm grappling over a break up right now. I knew at the end of it we did the right thing of breaking up. I of course have feelings for her and love her.

Unfortunately the relationship ended violently when she asked me for money (I later gave her it same day) which made her explode on me. She threw stuff, pushed me, and hit me.

I have NO REASON to contact her ever again. My issue is processing the pain that incident caused. I can't reconcile with her obviously but I'm wrestling with these emotions now.

This is a very interesting topic, an essential one even but there are huge issues involved because of the nature of the field, the people involved and the various approaches.

Not all modalities are equal and neither are all practitioners. People don't turn away business and few still admit they aren't equipped to deal with a certain issue because to a man with a hammer everything looks like a nail. Taking it to a deeper level the presenting problem may in fact be a masking device for an underlying issue and so on but they won't know till they've opened the tin and then they can't shove it all back in.

Most people are totally unaware of the potential pitfalls involved when it comes to the inside of their minds and many practitioners have the approach of early tomb raiders blowing up the pyramids with dynamite to gain access. Their approach has the same level of finesse and most of them don't know because of their own ignorance of the higher intellect that built the edifice in the first place.

To put it to you visually, remember this game:

kerplunk_product_4.jpg

Thats an accurate representation of most peoples inner worlds. They are artfully broken and suspended in an uneasy balance. Now if someone comes along and starts poking and prodding, moving and shaking without a full comprehension of whats under the surface (not just personal but multi generational traumatic inheritance which is uniformly ignored) then you can imagine what happens.

The entire field is a minefield because of factors outlined above that are based on institutional ignorance. Sure it offers some solutions, I don't deny that and its better than nothing but it really is something you need to tread carefully with for reasons outlined and even more I haven't got into here.

I've been working on a self directed protocol (ie you do it to you at your own pace) that utilizes the bodies innate wisdom to heal itself as I was so dissatisfied with what I found in the field that I knew I wold have to invent another way. After all, who knows your mind better than your body because its been with you literally each step of the way.

Probably more like Jenga since things are being taken out. Taken out of context and warped, then put back in. Which lije you said, can send everything crumbling down. The power of suggestion on a weak mind, and person unsure of themselves is dangerous. But if people think degrees from the European make someone qualified,so be it. Probably better off doing some self evaluation, learning your astrology, and speaking with family and friends who are capable and unbias.

Chea. Its odd because people are addicted to the velvet lined rut known as their discomfort zone because its safe and predictable. Even if, no especially if, its miserable because thats where intoxicants step in and ease the boundaries a little bit without actually touching any of the pieces.

Change is something that is often spoken of but rarely seen as it takes a certain type of mind that is willing to lose itself to come to its senses and the primary perception this brings. Stuff like talk therapy with a third party or pills simply can't cut it in my worldview due to the aforementioned reasons because you need to get down to the real energy and not abstractions which point at it.

That in itself petrifies most people. Its why you see folks addicted to surface level self help and other useless modalities because they function much like the intoxicants in that they temporarily ease tension without disturbing too much.
