Appreciate the contribution breh, I need to look into Attachment styles more.

I have the hard mode one which I believe is Disorganized, so I REALLY need to be reading about it more often.

Is this similar to the Vagus nerve exercises?

Im not too familiar with vagus nerve exercises. EFT Tapping is moreso acupuncture minus the needles. You're simply tapping on meridian points while being present with your emotions.

The Perrys are great, they bounce off each other well.

My critique of the people I posted is similar to yours, sometimes they get into a topic but their thoughts are too all over the place.

Like they just discovered these emotions, which isn't a bad thing mind you, but if you are going to present it to the world, it needs to be a little more focused.

But the fact that they exist is good enough for me because we do need many of our voices to be heard in this space.

You never know if one podcast episode keeps someone from crashing out.
That's true, plus people evolve and get better with practice.

Let me know what you think breh...you can do a session in like 5 minutes . Think of something stressful and rate it from 1-10

do the tapping

and rate how you feel about the thing. Notice the change

the body is very interesting and we're meant to release tension and energy not store them. That's where chronic disease/inflammation comes from.
