I use v moda m100s with the boom pro mic

The Hyper X Clouds are pretty good, but don't limit yourself to gaming headphones, I copped the Phillips SHP9500S plus a mod mic and personally, out of the headphones I've used, those have been the most comfortable and they sound about the same as others.

I will say I've never tried any of the premium gaming headphones, so I can't really speak on those. If that's more your style, you might wanna wait/look into the Bang & Olufsen Xbox ones.

i have the EXACT same setup. except i added the MayFlower Arc 2 to amplify the headphones which makes it one of the best sounding headphones out, period.
